Employers! Get extra help and make a real difference in the life of a young person!  Our young people are ready to work 5 to 15 hours a week in supported internships at no cost to you. Learning to Work (LTW) places high school students, between the ages of 16 and 21, from the YABC program in high quality internships in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. The initiative aims to expand students’ knowledge of college and career options, and foster valuable workplace skills to help them both finish high school and prepare for future success.
