     YABC-LTW from the institution list.

  3. Click: LTW-18wk-Learning to work seminar
  4. Click session 1 (read and follow instructions)
  5. Click forum, then click assignment (read assign-
      ment at the bottom of page)
  6. Click reply to this message & type your response.
  7. Click post
  8. Close out of assignments
      (click X at upper right hand corner of screen)

  9. Log off until next session is due.
10. Follow same instructions for following sessions.
